z88h reserves the right to request proof of age, identity and payment method ownership at any point. Where such documents are not provided within a reasonable timeframe, the account may be suspended pending verification.
Underage play: Creating an account on behalf of a minor, or allowing a minor access to your account, is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure. Any balance held in such an account may be forfeited.
When registering your z88h account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your real name, date of birth, valid contact details and a secure password. Account verification may be requested at any time. Documents typically requested include a government-issued identity document and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Providing false or altered documents will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.
All deposits to z88h are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards and credit cards. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. Deposits must be made from payment accounts or cards registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to someone other than the account holder — are not permitted and will result in the funds being returned and the account reviewed.
z88h does not charge platform-side deposit fees. Third-party payment providers, including JazzCash and Easypaisa, may apply their own transaction charges outside of z88h's control. Where applicable, these are communicated by the payment provider during the transaction.
Withdrawal requests can be made from the account wallet once the account has completed identity verification. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. Where this is not technically possible, an alternative verified method may be used at z88h's discretion.
Standard withdrawal processing times for JazzCash and Easypaisa are within a few hours for verified accounts during business hours. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the receiving institution. z88h does not apply platform-side withdrawal fees; however, third-party processing fees are outside our control.
The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:
z88h reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawal amounts. This is a standard security measure and is not indicative of any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on z88h and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds and may be reported to the relevant authorities where applicable:

Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach on the player's part — for example, if z88h ceases to operate in a particular market — any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, z88h reserves the right to retain any balance in that account in line with the severity of the violation. Players who believe their account has been suspended in error may contact support to request a review.
Players may close their own account at any time by contacting support. If the closure request is related to problem gambling, z88h will apply a self-exclusion period and provide information on available support resources.
